Our proposals for the plots T10-B-C, T6-A and T6-B adapt to conditions defined from the urban planning, introducing in those predetermined volumes the requested housing program.
We have designed 45 flats in each tower, 4 with four bedrooms and 28 with three, occupying the eight upper levels, and 13 with two bedrooms, located on the two lower floors, two of the latter adapted for people with reduced mobility.
All the flats meet the dimensional and distribution requirements of the EMVS project standards. They are modest housing of tight dimensions and easy to build and maintain. Almost all of them will have cross ventilation, as they are located in the corner and will enjoy terraces from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
The entrance hall is designed as a passageway allowing the entire plot to be registered and, if deemed convenient, to provide the ground floor dwellings with landscaped spaces.
For each plot we have designed two levels of underground parking, covering the requested number of parking spots and storage rooms.
