The site occupies the center of the plot defined by the streets Lumbreras, Becas and Jesús del Gran Poder. Its irregular shape is surrounded by other properties with light-and-view easements over it. The project includes the construction of 23 flats with two or three bedrooms, following the guidelines of public promotion regulations. The building is aligned over a longitudinal patio that connects the main entry from Becas street with the dead end Juan de Oviedo and Alameda de Hércules. Smaller patios at the back improve the conditions of the flats, in contrast with the traditional “corral de vecinos” where the construction is developed around a central patio.
