The pavilion was expected to show the progress in image and sound industry reached by Fujitsu. The main aim of Fujitsu for the Expo ’92 was to display the Imax theatre. Therefore the pavilion was designed around this hemispherical room, wrapping it with a courtyard that would act as a reception / meeting / waiting area, an exhibition area and the necessary management offices, each space with its own expression towards outside, through facades and roofs.
